I have participated in literally hundreds of cases involving custody and visitation issues. I have particular expertise in disputes where trials last for many days of testimony by competing experts. I know how to convince a judge that you must be allowed to move away with the children, or to convince the same judge that your kids would suffer irreparable harm if your ex is allowed to take them away.

To be honest, I share the basic philosophy held by most judges that all children have two parents, and that they want to spend quality time with each of them. I also recognize that some parents (and many step parents) need to have appropriate limits placed on their behavior while the children are in their presence. Finally, I believe that children benefit immensely when each parent treats the other in a courteous and civil manner.

Most importantly, I believe that each case is unique. If you cannot resolve the matter informally, and you want the best and most aggressive representation possible, call me.
